The PowerConf C200 is Anker's small 2K webcam: a 5MP sensor behind an f/2.0 lens, two microphones with noise cancelling, and a lens cover you can slide shut with a thumb. It is one of Amazon's better selling webcams and carries the Amazon's Choice badge in that category.
It is built for the dad who takes a handful of calls from a home office and then uses the same camera to record something for work or the gym. The interesting part is not the resolution. It is that the field of view is a setting rather than a fixed number.

65, 78 or 95 degrees. Most webcams pick one and you live with it. Widening to 95 degrees puts the whole room in the shot for a family call. Pulling in to 65 degrees crops down to a head and shoulders, which is how a garage wall full of plates stays out of a work meeting.
2K off a 5MP sensor. More pixels than a standard 1080p webcam, which shows up most in even indoor light rather than in a dim room.
30fps. This is a meetings number, not a gameplay number. Talking heads look fine. Fast motion in front of the lens does not.

There is no subscription and no account here. It works plug and play at default settings, but the field of view and the mic pickup mode both live in the free AnkerWork desktop app rather than on the body of the camera, so plan on installing that if you want to change either one.
