Quick housekeeping before anything else: this is a product overview, not a review. The tub is not in my hands yet, so what follows is my read of the published label and the testing paper trail. The Label Read
INTRA is Swolverine's intra-workout drink. Per the product listing, one serving carries 4,300 mg of essential amino acids covering all 9 EAAs, plus 3,000 mg of BCAAs at the standard 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. That matters because most "amino" drinks stop at BCAAs, and the research case for aminos during training is stronger when all 9 essentials show up.
The hydration side is not an afterthought either. The listing shows a 650 mg electrolyte matrix of potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium, backed by 400 mg of pink Himalayan salt and 500 mg of coconut water powder. Then there is a recovery-leaning cluster: 800 mg Panax ginseng, 500 mg pomegranate extract, 200 mg tart cherry extract, and 100 mg spirulina. No proprietary blends anywhere, which I respect. One caveat: those amounts come from the product listing, not the on-page text, so match your tub's label before you count on them.
On testing, Swolverine publishes lot-matched certificates of analysis at their COA page, with testing by Lief and Micro Quality Labs, both ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, out of a GMP-compliant facility. You match the lot number on the bottom of your tub to the certificate. That is a real paper trail, not a badge sticker.
Who It Is For
Guys grinding through long sessions, two-a-days, or garage gym work in the heat, where hydration and a steady amino drip earn their keep. It is vegan, so plant-based lifters are covered too. Two flavors: Tropical Blast and Cherry Frost.
Who it is not for: my drug-tested athletes. Swolverine is third-party tested but not NSF Certified for Sport, and that lane stays on Thorne. And if your daily protein is already dialed, intra-workout aminos are a bonus, not a foundation. Get the basics right first with the dad stack.

On paper this is what an intra-workout should look like: a full EAA profile, real electrolytes, no proprietary blends, and lot-matched COAs you can actually pull up.
