What Stands Out

  • Reclines 90 to 135 degrees with linkage armrests that move with the backrest instead of staying put
  • Built-in retractable footrest, which is the difference between a desk chair and somewhere you watch a film
  • Neck and lumbar cushions included rather than sold separately
  • High-density foam under PU leather, on a reinforced rust-resistant steel frame
  • 360 degree swivel with adjustable seat height
  • Full screw kit, printed manual and a QR code to setup video, plus a 1-year warranty

What To Check

  • PU leather peels, and in a hot room it peels faster; it is the known failure mode of every chair like this
  • Racing-style bucket seats suit a narrow range of body shapes and are uncomfortable outside it
  • A footrest is not a recliner: using it fully reclined puts load on the casters
  • An ergonomic mesh office chair is a better chair for eight hours of work at a similar price

What This Is

A gaming chair in the full racing-seat idiom, with a footrest.

A Coach's Honest Take On Gaming Chairs

Racing-style chairs are built around a shape: narrow hips, high back, deep bucket. If you match that shape they are comfortable. If you are broader, or much shorter, or much taller, the bolsters press where they should not and the lumbar cushion lands in the wrong place. I am 5'4" and this is a constant problem with chairs designed around an assumed 6-foot frame.

Sit in the chair shape before committing if you possibly can, and set the lumbar cushion by where your lower back actually curves rather than where it arrives.

The Real Comparison

For gaming and relaxing, this is comfortable and the footrest genuinely adds something. For eight hours a day of work, a mesh ergonomic office chair at the same money breathes better, adjusts in more directions and lasts longer. Buy for the hours you will actually spend in it.

PU Leather Will Peel

Not might, will, eventually, especially in a warm room with sunlight on it. Keep it out of direct sun and expect a few years rather than a decade.

The Short Version

Comfortable for gaming, and the footrest is real. For eight-hour workdays a mesh ergonomic chair beats it, and the PU leather will peel.
