Specs, pricing and buying notes taken from the manufacturer so you can compare this against whatever else you are looking at. I have not had this one in my hands. When it goes through real use it gets rewritten as a full review, with a rating and my own photos.

What Stands Out

  • Five optimized red and near-infrared wavelengths rather than a single wavelength
  • Built to withstand heat and moisture, so it can live inside a sauna instead of only in a dry room
  • Full-body panel size, not a spot treatment device
  • $1,499 for the panel, or $1,749 with a stand, which is the version most people actually want
  • Works standalone, so the panel is useful whether or not you own a sauna

What To Check

  • Red light therapy claims run well ahead of the evidence in consumer marketing; treat it as a supplement to sleep, food and training, not a replacement
  • LIT does not publish irradiance figures on the listing, and irradiance at a stated distance is the spec that actually determines dose
  • The stand is a $250 add-on to a $1,499 panel
  • A Glo Mini exists at $549 and a Glo Pro at $8,499, so read the line carefully before assuming this is the right tier

What This Is

A full-body red light panel rated to work in a sauna, which is unusual: most panels are not built for the heat and humidity of a hot room.

The Spec That Is Missing

For red light, the number that matters is irradiance, measured in milliwatts per square centimeter at a stated distance, because dose is irradiance times time. LIT does not publish it on this listing. Ask for it before you buy, because without it you cannot compare this panel to any other one, and you cannot follow any protocol from the research literature.

Disclosure

Black Iron Athletics is a paying LIT Method customer for other equipment in this line, but we do not own this particular unit. This page is a spec overview written from LIT's published information, not a review.

Setting Expectations

I coach people for a living and I will tell you what I tell them: red light is the last five percent. It goes on top of sleeping seven hours, eating enough protein, and training consistently. If those three are not handled, a panel will not rescue the situation. If they are handled, this is a reasonable thing to add to a recovery room.

The Short Version

A sauna-rated full-body panel at a mid-tier price. Ask LIT for irradiance at distance before you buy, because that is the number that decides whether any red light device is worth the money.
