Infrared Or Hybrid
This is the decision that matters in LIT's sauna line. Infrared heats the body directly at a lower air temperature: easier to tolerate, longer sessions, less electrical demand. Traditional heat is hotter, faster, and gives you steam.
If you know you want long, low, comfortable sessions and you do not care about steam, the Forge is the simpler and more focused machine. If you want both, the Titan exists for a reason.

About The Red Light Panels
Built-in panels are convenient and they are fixed. A standalone panel like the Glo lets you control distance and treatment time and use it outside the sauna entirely. Decide whether you want red light as a sauna feature or as its own tool before you pay for the two-panel upgrade.
The Short Version
