The 2.59 Inch Retraction Is The Feature
Full-motion mounts usually sit four or five inches off the wall even folded, which looks like a TV hanging on a bracket. Under three inches reads much closer to a fixed mount, and you still get the arm when you need to reach the ports or angle the screen at the kitchen.
Spend The Extra Ten Minutes Finding The Studs
Almost every bad mount story is a drywall anchor story. A stud finder, a pencil, and confirming with a small drill bit costs ten minutes. This mount will hold 99 lbs; the drywall will not hold ten.
