Product Information, Not A Review

Specs, pricing and buying notes taken from the manufacturer so you can compare this against whatever else you are looking at. I have not had this one in my hands. When it goes through real use it gets rewritten as a full review, with a rating and my own photos.

What Stands Out

  • Includes two actual wireless rear speakers, so the surround is located rather than simulated
  • 5.1.4 means four height channels, front and rear, which is a proper Atmos layout
  • 4K HDR pass-through, so it can sit between a console and the television
  • 760W system power with an 8 inch subwoofer
  • Costs less than most 5.1 bars that have no rear speakers at all

What To Check

  • The rear speakers are wireless to the bar but still need mains power at the back of the room
  • Brand recognition and long-term support are not in the same class as the majors
  • Four height channels need a cooperative ceiling to do anything
  • More boxes to place, hide and power than a one-bar solution

What This Is

A complete surround system in one purchase: soundbar, subwoofer and two rear speakers, in a 5.1.4 Atmos configuration.

This Is The Jump Worth Making

Every virtual surround system on the market is an attempt to fake what two speakers behind your head do for free. There is no processing that matches actually having them there. If the budget allows rear speakers, buy rear speakers; the difference is not subtle and it does not require golden ears to hear.

Wireless Means Signal, Not Power

This is the detail that catches people out on every wireless surround system. The rears receive audio wirelessly, which saves you running speaker cable across the room. They still have to be plugged into the wall. If there is no outlet behind the sofa, you have a cable problem either way, just a different one. Check that before you buy.

5.1.4 Explained

Five speakers around you, one subwoofer, four height channels. That is a legitimate Atmos layout: overhead effects in front and behind, rather than the front-only height most bars manage. It is more channels than many dedicated receivers get used for.

The Honest Risk

This is a value brand competing on specification against companies with decades of support behind them. The specification is real and the performance follows it. What you are trading away is the confidence that a firmware update or a warranty claim in three years will go smoothly. That is a fair trade at this price, as long as it is a conscious one.

The Short Version

The value play for people who want real surround rather than virtual. Just confirm you have power outlets at the back of the room before ordering.
