Specs, pricing and buying notes taken from the manufacturer so you can compare this against whatever else you are looking at. I have not had this one in my hands. When it goes through real use it gets rewritten as a full review, with a rating and my own photos.

What Stands Out

  • Safety tested to support weight up to 700 lb, so it is rated well past what a grown man and a hard set will put through it
  • The whole kit weighs 1.7 pounds and packs into a mesh bag, so it lives in a closet or a truck toolbox instead of taking floor space
  • Both anchors ship in the box: an indoor door anchor and an outdoor suspension anchor for a rafter, beam, tree limb or post
  • Nylon, thermoplastic rubber and steel construction, model TF00160
  • Intensity changes by walking your feet in or out, so a warm-up row and a brutal set come off the same strap with no equipment swap
  • Comes with trial access to the TRX Training Club app and its 500 plus on-demand workouts, plus a printed workout guide

What To Check

  • Setup is picky: the door anchor needs a door that opens away from you and closes and latches, so hollow-core and barn-style doors are out, and beam or outdoor mounting needs real structure, not drywall
  • The listing conflicts with itself on warranty, with the bullets describing a two-year TRX warranty and the spec table listing a 1 year limited warranty
  • Strap length, adjustment range and handle dimensions are not published on the listing

The TRX All-In-One is the suspension trainer version of a garage gym: two handles, one anchor point, and your own bodyweight for load. Rows, presses, splits, curls and planks all come off the same pair of straps, and the difficulty knob is where you put your feet.

Check your doorway before you buy. The indoor anchor sits over the top edge of a door that opens away from you and has to close and latch, so hollow-core doors and barn-style sliders will not work. Outdoors the included suspension anchor wraps a rafter, beam, pull-up bar, tree limb, pole or post. Either way you want roughly 7 to 9 feet of overhead height and about 6 feet of clear floor in front of you. No power, no bolts, no permanent hardware.

The Numbers That Matter

700 lb safety rating. TRX lists the trainer as safety tested to support weight up to 700 lb. That is the number that decides whether you hesitate before dropping into a hard row.

1.7 pounds. The entire trainer weighs less than two pounds and stuffs into a mesh bag. It rides in a suitcase, a truck toolbox or a gym bag without anybody noticing.

Two anchors in the box. A door anchor for a rainy Tuesday morning and an outdoor anchor for the backyard tree while the boys run around. Most kits make you buy the second one.

Who It Is For

The dad with no room for a rack, or the one who travels and still wants pulling volume. It pairs well with floor space more than with iron: put it over a corner of a ProsourceFit puzzle mat and you have a training area. If you want load instead of body angle, a CAP rubber hex dumbbell pair or an Amazon Basics cast iron kettlebell covers the same corner for heavier work.

The Short Version

A suspension trainer is the cheapest way to turn a doorway or a tree limb into a full body workout, and this kit ships with the anchors for both. For a dad who trains in a garage corner or on the road, it is the piece that packs smallest. If you already have a rack and loaded bars, this adds variety more than capability.
